This Unit provides Information and Communication Technology services to the institution as well as innovating ICT solutions that improve institution's operational efficiency. Among services are:

• Studying and identifying institution's ICT requirements;
• Facilitating purchasing and development of different ICT solutions;
• Maintenance of ICT infrastructure, systems and equipment; and
• Innovating new solutions and studying the technological change that can benefit the institution.
